  • What is Captured in Coventry?

       Captured in Coventry is an exciting and challenging live game where you are locked in a room and must figure

       out clues, solve problems, and decipher codes to make your way out before time is up.
 

  • How do I book a game?

       Easy! Click on the 'Book Now!' link located at the top of this page and choose a date and time which fits your schedule!​

  • Do I have to book all 10 spots for a private game?

       Nope, as soon as you create the booking it becomes private. If you end up with additional players, they can just pay when             you arrive.

​

  • Who is it for?

       Our escape games are made for all ages 12 and up! We ask that persons 15 and under be accompanied by an adult (18 or           older).

​

  • When should I arrive?

       Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.​

​

  • What if I'm late for my appointment?

       Unfortunately, due to the fact that we typically have back to back games, if you're late, you may not be able to participate or        we may have to shorten your game.​ Late arrivals or no-shows are not entitled to a refund due to the fact that you have                already committed to that time.

  • Can I return and play the same game at another date?

​       We are thrilled that you enjoyed our game so much that you want to return and play it again!... However, due to the fact               that you may get joined in with other players who have not played yet, we can only allow it if you book out the entire room           or contact us about our return customer discount. 

 

  • Are drop-ins welcome or is it by appointment only?

       We do accept drop-ins as long as there are available open slots during that time.​

  • Can I play the game more than once, and if so will it change?

       The game will always be the same, however, you are more than welcome to replay the same game.

  • How do I contact you?

  • How long does a game last?

       Each game has a time limit of 1 hour. Can you escape sooner?

  • Are bookings refundable?

       Sorry, bookings are non-refundable due to the fact that have already committed to that time.

  • Can I be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while I play?

        We would not recommend it! You will need all of your wits to ​solve all of the puzzles and escape the room! We

        also reserve the right to refuse access to enter the game with no refund if you or any of your team members appear to be           overly intoxicated or under the influence of non prescribed drugs.
